Throughout his career, Demond has held leadership roles in catering, private country clubs, city clubs, and hotels across England, the Bahamas, Indiana, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, and now Charlotte. His people-first leadership style emphasizes service excellence, quality, and meaningful guest engagement. Demond believes that every interaction is an opportunity to show appreciation, creating memorable experiences for guests while fostering a culture of teamwork and hospitality among his staff.
